We send (a) rental and customer-support texts needed to complete a reservation (ready for pickup, lockbox PIN / contactless pickup, and similar), and (b) optional follow-up texts only if you opt in at our desk (a thank-you when your rental is closed out, plus occasional surveys and promotional offers). There is no follow-up-text checkbox on the website. Messages are sent to the mobile number you provide.

Message frequency varies. Rental and support texts are typically 1–5 messages per reservation. Optional surveys and offers are occasional (a few per year), not daily.
